Job Title: Data Analyst / OBIEE Developer - DWH Location: Jaipur Department: IT Reports To: Manager / Lead Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced OBIEE Developer with a strong background in data analysis, data warehousing, and reporting tools. The ideal candidate will have over 1 to 4 years of experience in utilizing OBIEE. This role involves query development, supporting productionized OBIEE dashboard / Reports and migration to AWS cloud environment. Key Responsibilities: Perform detailed data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Develop, maintain, and optimize data models and complex SQL queries to support data reporting needs. Work with data warehousing solutions to manage, organize, and integrate data from multiple sources. Utilize OBIEE for building dashboards and reports, ensuring data integrity and efficient data flow. Ensure reports are accurate, visually appealing, and provide actionable insights for business users. Provide production support for data analytics and reporting systems, ensuring high availability and reliability. Troubleshoot and resolve data issues and system errors promptly. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business stakeholders, and other analysts, to understand data requirements and deliver effective solutions. Participate in project meetings and contribute to the development and implementation of data-driven strategies. Maintain comprehensive documentation for data processes, reports, and dashboards. Should be available to work in any shift (24/7) Ensure all data activities comply with relevant banking regulations and data governance policies. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, or Equivalent Experience: 1 to 4 years of experience in data analysis, data warehousing, and data reporting with OBIEE application. Having BFSI knowledge would be an added advantage Having Python , Pyspark knowledge would be an added advantage Technical Skills: Proficient in SQL queries and data modelling. Strong understanding of OBIEE processes, building reports and dashboard with query optimization. Experience with data visualization tools and techniques. Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the banking or financial services industry. Good to have Knowledge of python, PySpark, AWS and ODI Process documentation
