The ideal candidate should possess hands-on Development, Implementation, and/or production support experience with Core Banking products, preferably Oracle FLEXCUBE UBS. A strong background in FCUBS, ELCM, OBIC, OBPM, OBCL, Trade (OBTF + TFPM), OBBRN, Loans (OBCL, OBCLPM, CI) is desirable. Proficiency in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL (including writing stored procedures, triggers, functions, and views), Java, WebLogic, and Postman with robust debugging skills is required. Experience in Migration, OB modules Technical Support & Issue Resolution, Development, and Integration is a plus. Familiarity with IDE Tools such as Eclipse and Modeling Tools of UML, as well as working with Oracle Database Tools and administration, is expected. Exposure to the Financial services/Banking domain and the ability to collaborate across different teams and geographies are essential. The role also requires excellent written and oral communication skills for executive presentations, solution design documentation, and status reporting. Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills are necessary to translate business requirements into solution design documents effectively. Responsibilities include designing, developing, testing, and integrating/deploying Java applications, transforming requirements into stipulations, conducting software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging. Supporting Testing cycles progressively as per specifications/requirements given by Oracle/Customer within the planned schedule. Adherence to defined Standards/Tools/Processes/Change-Control-Steps and documenting all work to achieve deliverables that meet Quality/Audit/Compliance expectations of Oracle/Client.
