The Chef De Partie will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, preparing and presenting dishes according to the menu, overseeing the work of junior kitchen staff, maintaining high standards of food hygiene and safety, and contributing to menu development. The role also involves working closely with the Head Chef to ensure efficient kitchen operations and high-quality food service. Qualifications Strong culinary skills, with expertise in preparing and presenting dishes Experience in managing a kitchen section and overseeing junior kitchen staff Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards Ability to work efficiently under pressure and as part of a team Culinary degree or relevant certification, or equivalent experience in a professional kitchen Excellent communication and organizational skills Creativity and a passion for cooking
