Job Title: In-Charge _Open Cast Coal Mines Location: West Bengal / Jharkhand Experience: Min. 3 Years in Open Cast Coal Mining (Mandatory) Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Mining + 1st or 2nd Class Competency Certificate Key Responsibilities: Supervise shift-wise open cast coal mining operations. Ensure production targets, safety compliance, and manpower management. Coordinate with HEMM operators and support teams (Mechanical, Electrical, Blasting). Enforce safety protocols, statutory regulations, and environmental norms. Manage shift reports, coal dispatch challans, and equipment monitoring. Implement disaster and monsoon preparedness plans. Candidate Requirements: Experience as Shift In-Charge or Asst. Manager (Production) in open cast coal mines. Sound knowledge of HEMM utilization, fire safety, environmental management. Computer literacy (Excel, Reports). No underground/metal mining experience will be considered.
