We are looking for a proactive and energetic Marketing Executive to promote our HVAC products and services (VRF/VRV systems, ductable units, chillers, etc.). The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships with MEP consultants, contractors, builders, and project owners, and generating new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach MEP consultants, contractors, project managers, builders, and developers. Generate leads and build a strong pipeline of HVAC projects through field visits, calls, and online research. Promote our range of HVAC products and services including supply, installation, and maintenance. Coordinate with the technical and sales team for proposal submissions and follow-ups. Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and company profiles as needed. Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their requirements and offer suitable solutions. Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking meets to promote the company’s HVAC offerings. Conduct competitor analysis and share market intelligence with management. Candidate Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in marketing or business development, preferably in HVAC or construction-related industries. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of HVAC systems, market segments, and project-based selling. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel for client meetings and site visits. Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email Communication).
