We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) in PLC programming and WinCC SCADA & OA systems to support automation projects, system integration, and operational excellence. As the SME, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership, design input, and troubleshooting expertise across multiple building automation initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include providing technical support to the regional technical & sales team on PLC & Scada solution offerings across India. You will design, develop, and implement PLC programs using Siemens S7 various PLCs, TIA Portal, etc. Additionally, you will configure and maintain WinCC SCADA systems for real-time monitoring and control, lead technical reviews, and provide expert guidance on automation architecture. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of control systems will be essential. Moreover, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining documentation, conducting training sessions and workshops, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to PLC and SCADA systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and cybersecurity protocols, as well as supporting commissioning and site acceptance testing (SAT/FAT). To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Automation, or a related field along with 10+ years of hands-on experience with Siemens PLCs and WinCC SCADA systems. A strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (Profibus, Profinet, OPC, etc.), experience in HMI development, alarm management, and data logging, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as strong communication and documentation abilities are required. Preferred skills include experience with other SCADA platforms (e.g., Win CC & Win CC OA), knowledge of Industry 4.0, IIoT, and digital transformation initiatives, and familiarity with cybersecurity best practices in industrial environments.
