Role Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Application Developer with deep expertise in O9 Data Integration . The role demands a strategic thinker and subject matter expert capable of influencing technical decisions, mentoring teams, and delivering innovative solutions to complex business problems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the design, build, and configuration of applications align with business objectives and operational needs. Pan India Open Role. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, build, and configuration of applications to meet business requirements. Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in O9 Data Integration. Provide strategic technical advice and influence key architectural decisions. Engage with multiple teams to solve problems spanning various domains. Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to gather requirements. Mentor junior developers on best practices and methodologies. Drive application performance optimization and ensure scalability. Must Have Qualifications Minimum 15 years of hands-on experience in O9 Data Integration . Strong knowledge of application development frameworks and methodologies. Proficiency in data integration tools and optimization techniques. Proven ability to influence and lead technical decisions. Bachelor's degree or higher (15 years of full-time education). Nice to Have Familiarity with cloud-based deployment and management. Prior experience in large-scale enterprise digital transformation projects. Exposure to advanced analytics tools and techniques.
