Role: o9 Supply Chain Planning

Location: PAN India

Client: LTI Mindtree

Job Summary:-

We are looking for an experienced IT Platform Analyst with strong expertise in o9 Supply Chain Planning solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on implementation experience in o9 Platform configuration, functional understanding of S&OP/S&OE processes, and the ability to support integrated planning initiatives across demand and supply functions.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Drive implementation, configuration, and enhancement of o9 supply chain planning modules.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Support end-to-end planning processes across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Integrated Business Planning.
• Work closely with cross-functional IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration between o9 Platform and SAP or other enterprise systems.
• Analyze and troubleshoot planning data, models, workflows, and integrations.
• Provide functional expertise during testing phases and user training.

Skills & Experience Required:-

• 810 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning.
• Minimum 34 years hands-on experience in the

  o9 Platform

  with at least

  one full implementation

  .
• Strong functional knowledge of S&OP/S&OE cycles.

• Demand Planning focus

  :
• Experience in collaborative demand management
• Strong understanding of statistical forecasting & NPI processes

• Supply Planning focus

  :
• Ability to independently model supply chain networks
• Good understanding of solvers and safety stock planning
• Hands-on configuration experience in

  at least one

  o9 module.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python or R preferred but not mandatory alone.
• Good understanding of o9 integrations & data flows with SAP, ideally via ETL tools like

  Azure Data Lake
