Position : Lead - O365 Engineer Experience : 5 to 7 years Location : Mumbai CTC : As per industry standard Job Description : Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and technically skilled L3 O365 Engineer to lead escalated support, advanced troubleshooting, and architectural enhancement for Microsoft 365 services. The candidate will function as a subject-matter expert across Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams driving stability, performance, and user experience in a secure cloud-first environment. Key Responsibilities: Own the resolution of high-complexity incidents across Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive Design, implement, and optimize configurations and policies in Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Exchange Admin Console, and Security & Compliance Center Manage user provisioning, mailbox migrations, retention policies, and mail flow rules Administer SharePoint Online architecture: sites, libraries, metadata, and access controls Oversee OneDrive performance, data recovery, quota management, and cross-platform sync Troubleshoot Teams collaboration issues, meeting integrations, governance policies, and guest access scenarios Collaborate with stakeholders on M365 roadmap planning, licensing strategy, and cost optimization Develop automation scripts (PowerShell) for reporting, user management, and policy enforcement Work closely with InfoSec and IAM teams to ensure compliance, data protection, and security posture Mentor L1/L2 engineers through technical trainings and onboarding resources Author and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, KB articles, and RCA reports Required Skills: Advanced technical knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for M365 automation and diagnostics Deep understanding of hybrid environments, federation, and identity models Solid troubleshooting capabilities across cloud and endpoint integration Strong interpersonal and cross-team communication skills Ability to work independently on strategic technical initiatives Notice Period : Immediate only If anyone is interested for the above position then share your profile directly with arctic.naha@itcinfotech.com

This role involves triaging escalated service desk tickets, collaborating with L3 engineers, and ensuring seamless end-user productivity across email, collaboration, storage, and communication platforms. Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Exchange Online , including mailbox access problems, email delivery failures, and transport rule configurations. Support OneDrive for Business : resolve sync issues, manage access permissions, perform data recovery, and configure sharing settings. Manage SharePoint Online site access, permissions, library errors, and integration with Microsoft Teams .
