You will be responsible for designing and implementing messaging services to facilitate efficient communication within the organization. Your duties will include overseeing the administration of MS Exchange and M365 Messaging platforms, providing support for O365 Encryption to uphold data security and compliance, and conducting M365 Messaging Migration for system upgrades. Additionally, you will be tasked with monitoring and troubleshooting messaging services to maintain high availability and performance, collaborating with IT teams to integrate messaging services with other enterprise systems, and developing documentation for messaging services and related processes. Implementation of best practices for messaging security and data protection, provision of technical support and guidance to end-users, and conducting regular audits and assessments of messaging services to mitigate potential risks will also be part of your role. To excel in this position, you should possess a good understanding of Service Desk operations, excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, and strong communication and collaboration abilities. Proficiency in documenting technical processes and procedures, staying updated on messaging technologies and best practices, and demonstrating the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential. Your proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues, commitment to continuous learning and professional development, and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively will be critical.
