Greetings from O Clock Software Private Limited!! The Front Desk Administrator is the first point of contact for guests and customers that visit the OCS premises. They are responsible for the smooth running and coordination of the front desk operations. Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar role. Female candidates only preferred. Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written). Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Familiarity with accounting principles and procedures. Experience with Tally software is an advantage. Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload. Strong organizational and time management skills. Roles & Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests that come to the office premises in a friendly & professional manner. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. Ensure the reception area and office should be tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material. Receive, register, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries/documents . Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, printout etc. Provide excellent customer service, vendor, expense and asset management. Manage petty cash transactions. Handle accounts, cheque, and other financial documents.
