Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end technical development of Soft & Plush Toys and Swimwear lines Supervise sample development and ensure first-time approval from buyers/brands Approve patterns, grading, technical packs, and prototypes for both product categories Select and test suitable fabrics: plush knits, fleece, velboa, nylon-spandex, elastics, trims Oversee manufacturing processes : stitching, stuffing, sealing, finishing (soft toys); flatlock, coverstitch, elastic application (swimwear) Ensure strict compliance with Child Safety Requirements : ASTM F963 / EN71 / CE / CPSIA for plush toys OEKO-TEX / REACH for fabrics Durability, colorfastness, shrinkage, seam strength Key Skills Required Strong technical knowledge in soft / plush toys & Swim Wear manufacturing Familiarity with child safety standards and international compliance norms Experience in soft / plush toys & Swim Wear production , especially handling stretch fabrics and elastics Expertise in testing procedures : seam strength, colorfastness, toy safety hazards Send your CV on email kishorexports.hr@gmail.com / or Call & Whatsapp on +91 98974 77415
