Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Nylon GF Extrusion Specialist located in Chennai. The specialist will be responsible for overseeing the nylon extrusion process, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining production equipment. Additional responsibilities include monitoring machine performance, identifying and addressing issues, and coordinating with the production team to meet daily targets. Adherence to safety protocols and documentation of production data will be required.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting extrusion equipment
• Strong understanding of materials, specifically nylon, and their handling
• Ability to ensure consistent quality control during production processes
• Experience with maintaining and calibrating production machinery
• Good organizational and teamwork skills for coordinating with production staff
• Understanding and application of workplace safety protocols
• Technical certification or relevant work experience in extrusion processes is a plus
