About the Role The MongoDB DBA will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and ensuring the reliability and scalability of our MongoDB infrastructure. The candidate should possess strong expertise in MongoDB database administration, Kubernetes orchestration (for containerized database deployments), and proficiency with Percona Server for MongoDB. This role will work closely with DevOps, backend engineering, and infrastructure teams to guarantee high availability and performance of all database services.
