Job Summary: NxtGen Computers is seeking a skilled and responsible Laptop Service Executive to handle day-to-day laptop diagnostics, repairs, OS installations, hardware replacements, and customer support. You will play a key role in delivering quality after-sales service and building customer trust. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues in laptops. Perform OS installations, driver updates, and software setups. Handle basic to advanced-level repairs (e.g., screen, keyboard, motherboard, RAM, SSD upgrades). Maintain records of service jobs, issues reported, and resolutions. Coordinate with the front office for service updates and customer calls. Maintain tools, equipment, and cleanliness of the service area. Assist in inventory management of spare parts and accessories. Provide support for warranty and AMC customers. Perform quality checks before returning the system to the customer. Required Skills: Good knowledge of laptop components and common issues. Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software problems. Familiarity with Windows, Linux, and basic networking. Soldering/reworking skills (optional but preferred). Time management and attention to detail. Polite and professional communication with customers. Educational Qualification: ITI/Diploma in Computer Hardware & Networking OR B.Tech/B.Sc in Computer Science/IT OR Any technical certification in laptop servicing (preferred) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
