This is a remote role designed for those who want to learn, grow, and contribute to building an exceptional remote-first culture. 🔧 Responsibilities 🎯 Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles. 🗂 Maintain and update candidate databases & HR records. 📅 Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers. 📝 Draft job descriptions and post on various job portals & social media. 🤝 Support onboarding processes for new hires. 💡 Contribute ideas to improve recruitment strategies and employer branding. ✅ Qualifications Current student or recent graduate in HR, Business, or related field. Strong interpersonal & communication skills. Basic knowledge of recruitment processes (training will be provided).
