Provide end-user support for hardware and software issues. Manage LAN/WAN, switches, routers, and Wi-Fi access points. Support Windows, Outlook, and basic network connectivity. Coordinate with vendors for hardware or network issues. Skills Required: Basic knowledge of networking (IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, etc.) Familiar with Windows OS installation and troubleshooting. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
