As a Mechanical Engineer with 5 to 7 years of overall experience, including 3 to 5 years in the medical device industry, you will be responsible for utilizing your expertise in CAD software such as Solid Edge & NX, as well as conducting precise engineering calculations. Your proficiency in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance stack up analysis will be crucial for the successful execution of your responsibilities. You will be expected to demonstrate your ability to generate alternative mechanisms, concepts, and solutions, with a focus on designing for technical cost reductions. Moreover, you should be capable of performing theoretical calculations for the concepts developed, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the design process. Designation: Application Engineer - Simcenter 3D Experience: 2-5 Years Location: Delhi We are seeking a skilled simulation engineer to join our CAE team, specializing in Simcenter 3D for Multibody Dynamics (MBD) simulations. The ideal candidate will have experience conducting simulations related to vibration, durability, and structural integrity of mechanical systems. You will be responsible for modelling, analysing, and optimizing complex mechanical assemblies to support product development, validation, and design decisions. Key Responsibilities: Build and validate multibody dynamic models using Siemens Simcenter 3D . Conduct simulations to evaluate system-level dynamics , vibration behaviour , fatigue/durability , and structural performance . Perform modal analysis , frequency response analysis (FRF) , and random/vibration loading scenarios . Integrate simulation results with test data and collaborate with design and validation teams to refine models. Use results to predict fatigue life , identify failure modes, and provide design recommendations. Generate comprehensive technical reports , presentations, and documentation. Work with cross-functional teams (Design, Testing, Validation) to ensure simulation models reflect real-world behaviour. Required Skills & Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience with Simcenter 3D or similar CAE tools (e.g., Adams, Abaqus, Ansys). Strong understanding of multibody dynamics , NVH , fatigue life prediction , and structural mechanics . Hands-on experience in pre-processing , solver setup , and post-processing .
