Familiarity with Institutions admissions processes and requirements. Competence in using counseling management software and other technological tools. Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Education, or a related field. Minimum of 6 Months of experience in a counseling or educational role. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to build rapport and trust with students, families, and staff. Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills. Knowledge of educational laws, policies, and procedures.
