We are seeking a skilled Oracle PeopleSoft Professional to support, develop, and enhance our enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems using PeopleSoft applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in PeopleSoft modules such as HCM, FSCM, or Campus Solutions and will be responsible for configuration, customization, integration, and ongoing support of PeopleSoft systems in line with business needs. Key Responsibilities: Administer, maintain, and configure Oracle PeopleSoft applications across relevant modules (e.g., HCM, Financials, Campus Solutions). Develop and modify PeopleSoft components using PeopleTools (Application Engine, PeopleCode, Component Interface, Application Packages, etc.). Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Perform upgrades, patches, and migrations of PeopleSoft environments. Design and develop reports using SQR, BI Publisher, nVision, or PS Query tools. Troubleshoot system issues and resolve defects related to configuration, customizations, or integrations. Support integrations between PeopleSoft and third-party systems using tools like Integration Broker or web services. Ensure system security, data integrity, and compliance with company standards and industry regulations. Document technical specifications, test cases, and user manuals as required. Participate in system testing, performance tuning, and go-live support during new implementations or enhancements. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 38 years of experience working with Oracle PeopleSoft applications. Hands-on experience with PeopleTools, Application Designer, PeopleCode, and SQR. Experience in one or more PeopleSoft modules (e.g., HCM, FSCM, Campus Solutions). Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases (Oracle DB preferred). Familiarity with integration tools such as Integration Broker, REST/SOAP web services, or middleware platforms.

Description Job Summary We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Financial Consultant to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for implementing configuring and maintaining PeopleSoft Financials applications ensuring they meet business requirements and deliver optimal performance. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft Financials modules (GL AP AM BI AR CM) and a strong understanding of business processes related to finance. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Lead and participate in the configuration testing and implementation of PeopleSoft Financial modules (GL AP AR Billing Asset Management etc.). Analyze business requirements and design solutions to meet those needs within the PeopleSoft Financials platform. Provide expertise in PeopleSoft Financials module integrations with other enterprise systems. Configure maintain and troubleshoot PeopleSoft Financials applications and reports. Conduct gap analysis and recommend improvements or enhancements to streamline financial processes. Support end-users through training and provide technical assistance as needed. Develop and deliver documentation for system processes configurations and procedures. Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure seamless system integration. Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting for ongoing system issues. Stay current with PeopleSoft updates releases and patches advising stakeholders on impact and necessary changes. ________________________________________ Qualifications Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Computer Science or a related field. 5+ years of experience in implementing supporting and configuring PeopleSoft Financials applications. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Financials modules such as General Ledger (GL) Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Billing and Asset Management. Proven experience in PeopleSoft PeopleTools Application Engine and PeopleCode. Strong analytical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels. Experience in working with cross-functional teams in an enterprise environment. Knowledge of PeopleSoft reporting tools such as nVision Query and SQR. 3+ years of technical development experience in PeopleSoft v9.x (v9.2 preferred)PeopleSoft HRMS 9.2 and FSCM 9.2, HRMS- e-Performance, Recruiting/TAM, Global Payroll, Time and Labor, Training, Absence Management . FSCM- General Ledger, Purchase, AR, AP, Inventory, Cash & Asset management. Experience in analysis, design, and development utilizing People Tools 8.5x technologies i.e.: People Code, Application Designer, App Engine, Integration Broker, API TOOLS , AWE ,BI publisher ,N-Vision, Security Administration etc. Good working knowledge in modifying/creating People Tools Application Designer objects i.e.: components, pages, records, fields, SQL, Application Engine, Application Packages, etc. Experience in creating PeopleSoft Fluid User Interface Bachelor In Computer Science.
