We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Inventory & SIOP (GMM) to lead a team and execute best-in-class inventory management practices. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 10-15+ years of experience in inventory management, materials planning, and/or SIOP (Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning) within a manufacturing environment. This role is crucial for developing and scaling a harmonized SIOP process across the enterprise. Roles and Responsibilities Team Leadership : Manage, coach, and develop a team of 4-6 supply chain professionals. You will build a high-performing culture focused on continuous improvement and accountability, and support future team expansion. Inventory Management : Lead inventory optimization efforts to support service levels and reduce excess inventory. You will oversee the implementation of standardized processes and ensure adherence to corporate policies and cadence. SIOP Process Development : Support the rollout of an enterprise-wide SIOP process. You'll collaborate to develop and deploy new monthly SIOP cycles, define and track performance metrics, and act as a key change agent to promote SIOP awareness. Cross-Functional Influence : Work across Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance, and Operations to ensure cohesive planning. You will serve as a strategic advisor and drive the use of digital tools and data analytics to enhance planning capabilities. Transformation Engagement : Engage with the Transformation Office (TO) and Program Management Office (PMO) to support enterprise initiatives. You will represent the Global Materials Management (GMM) team in major transformation efforts, leveraging experience in areas like ERP implementations or organizational redesign. Skills Required Education : Bachelor's degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field ( Master's degree preferred). Experience : 10-15+ years in inventory management, materials planning, and/or SIOP within a manufacturing industry. Leadership : People leadership experience with a strong record of developing teams and supporting organizational growth. Technical Knowledge : Demonstrated success in implementing or leading a formal SIOP process. High proficiency in ERP/MRP (Enterprise Resource Planning/Material Requirements Planning) and supply chain planning systems. Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma , or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus. Business Acumen : Strong business acumen with the ability to partner cross-functionally and influence all levels of the organization.
