NUVEQ prides itself on adhering to core values of cordiality, creativity, and dedication. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tour Guide based in Chennai. The Tour Guide will be responsible for conducting guided tours, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing historical insights, and promoting tourist attractions. They will also handle customer inquiries, offer personalized service, and may assist in sales activities related to tours and travel packages. Qualifications Experience in conducting Guided Tours and providing detailed informational content to tourists Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage and satisfy clients Knowledge of History and local culture to offer enriching tour experiences Sales abilities for promoting additional services and products Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage Bachelor's degree in Tourism, History, or a related field is preferred
