Nutritionist cum CRM Executive

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a passionate Nutritionist-Cum-CRM Executive who can connect with our customers, understand their health goals, and provide expert guidance on our products. The role involves customer engagement, problem-solving, and ensuring every customer has a seamless and satisfying experience with Ace Blend.

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with customers via calls, emails, and chats to address queries and provide product guidance.
• Offer personalized nutrition support and assist customers in selecting suitable products.
• Handle customer concerns, complaints, and feedback with empathy and prompt resolution.
• Engage in upselling and cross-selling based on customer needs and preferences.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in CRM tools.
• Collaborate with the internal team to improve customer experience and retention.
• Stay updated on product ingredients, formulations, and benefits to educate customers effectively.
• Build long-term relationships with customers through trust and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in customer support, nutrition consultation, or CRM roles in nutraceuticals, wellness, or healthcare.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer orientation and ability to handle queries professionally.
• Proactive, organized, and passionate about health and wellness.
• Immediate joiner preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
