Role & responsibilities The Food and Nutrition Specialists will oversee meal quality and nutritional standards in centralized kitchens, develop and implement food safety protocols, conduct staff training, and evaluate meal programs to ensure compliance with health regulations, ultimately enhancing the nutritional value of meals provided to students. Preferred candidate profile UG or PG degree in Nutrition / Public Health / Food Science or relevant stream. Minimum of 4 years of experience in food and nutrition management, preferably in institutional settings such as schools or community programs/ Large scale Kitchens (Hospitality Industry, Aviation etc.). Experience in developing and implementing nutrition programs and food safety protocols.
