Account Manager Gurugram Account Manager Gurugram We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to join our Finance & Accounts team. The incumbent will be responsible for supporting end-to-end accounting operations, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and internal controls. This role requires a strong grasp of accounting principles, tax laws, and regulatory frameworks, along with the ability to lead and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day accounting functions including accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger management. Assist in the preparation and finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards. Ensure timely and accurate compliance with all statutory requirements, including but not limited to GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and other applicable laws. Liaise with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth audit processes and adherence to compliance timelines. Monitor and ensure proper maintenance of accounting records as per statutory and organizational requirements. Support in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and MIS reports for management decision-making. Implement and strengthen internal financial controls to safeguard company assets. Provide guidance and supervision to junior accounting staff, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in deliverables. Review vendor contracts, payment terms, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance. Professional qualifications such as CA (Inter) will be preferred. 4 7 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, and statutory compliance. Strong working knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, GST, Income Tax, and other statutory laws. Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/accounting software (Tally ERP, zoho books). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. </
