Conduct routine quality checks at all production stages to ensure food safety and consistency. Monitor hygiene practices, GMP compliance, and process parameters as per FSSAI and internal standards. Perform sampling, lab testing, and shelf-life evaluations of raw materials and finished products. Maintain accurate QA/QC documentation and assist in internal and external audits. Collaborate with production teams to identify issues and implement quality improvements. Should possess knowledge of bakery products, bread industry and food processing.

Scope of Work - Material Tracking – Record daily material inflow and issuance for production. Proof of Delivery (POD) – Ensure every incoming item has a POD. Dispatch Management – Maintain records of finished goods dispatched. Final Dispatch Documentation – Manage transporter handover records. Stock Audits – Conduct everyday - raw material stock count, finished goods count & RTV count. Manage batch rejection reports and records. Inventory Discrepancies – Investigate and resolve stock mismatches. Short Supply Cases – Document and report shortages of difference between production order and final dispatch (loss of sales) Additional duties as given by HO
