Job Title: Business Development Manager Department: Sales & Partnerships Location: Bangalore Reports to: City Manager Job Summary: DilFoods is looking for a result-driven and strategic Assistant Manager Business Development to drive growth through brand acquisitions, new market entry, and expansion of our virtual kitchen and food delivery brand portfolio. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the food & beverage, cloud kitchen, or startup space, and a deep understanding of F&B business models. Key Responsibilities: 1. Market Expansion & Brand Acquisition Identify and onboard new restaurant partners, home chefs, and regional brands suitable for virtual kitchen expansion. Develop B2B pipelines across target cities for regional or national food brands. Conduct competitive research, feasibility analysis, and pitch presentations. 2. Strategic Partnerships Build and nurture long-term partnerships with delivery aggregators, POS providers, and third-party logistics players. Negotiate commercial agreements and partnership contracts. 3. Revenue Growth & Performance Monitoring Set revenue goals and KPIs for partner brands and track their performance post-launch. Work with marketing, operations, and kitchen teams to ensure brand activation success. 4. Cross-functional Collaboration Collaborate with culinary, operations, legal, and finance teams to streamline onboarding and go-live processes. Ensure partners comply with quality, brand, and operational standards set by Dil Foods. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field (MBA preferred). 2-3 years of proven experience in business development, B2B sales, or partnerships—preferably in food tech, cloud kitchens, or hospitality. Strong negotiation and communication skills. High ownership, execution focus, and willingness to travel. Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Workspace, and pitch deck creation. Preferred: Experience in scaling virtual brands or QSR concepts. Existing network in the F&B or delivery ecosystem.
