Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled HCI (Nutanix) and Server & Storage Implementation Engineer with over 2+ years of hands-on experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining Nutanix hyper-converged infrastructure solutions along with traditional server and storage systems to ensure optimal performance and availability. Key Responsibilities: Plan, install, configure, and support Nutanix Platform (HCI) solutions. Implement and manage server hardware including rackmount, blade, and virtualized environments. Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot storage solutions such as SAN, NAS, and DAS. Perform firmware upgrades, patching, and routine maintenance on servers and storage devices. Monitor system performance and capacity planning to ensure infrastructure reliability and scalability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration of server and storage solutions with networking and virtualization technologies. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Nutanix clusters, servers, and storage issues. Document configurations, processes, and operational procedures. Participate in disaster recovery planning and backup/recovery testing. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technology updates related to Nutanix and storage solutions. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in implementing and supporting Nutanix HCI environments. Strong understanding of server hardware (Dell, HPE, Cisco UCS, etc.) and storage systems (NetApp,Dell.etc). Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies (VMware,AHV). Knowledge of storage protocols (iSCSI, Fibre Channel, NFS). Familiarity with server OS installation and troubleshooting (Windows Server, Linux). Ability to read and interpret technical documents and diagrams. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team. Excellent communication skills and documentation abilities.
