Role & responsibilities Focusing on developing curriculum, facilitating clinical and classroom learning, providing mentorship, and staying updated on best practices Track Nurse progress, evaluate learning outcomes, and provide constructive feedback. Assess clinical learning and training needs of nursing personnel. Develop and modify educational programme, content of training. Plan and prepare training calendar based on the gaps identified in the TNA for nursing department also ensure maximum adherence to it. Ensure nursing training records are being maintained properly. Evaluate effectiveness of training. To develop/revise nursing protocols, care plans & audit checklist and tools. Also implement nursing audit tools. To enhance communication skills and build confidence in nurses. To assist in the Induction of the Nursing Staff with the Department Orientation practices as per the policies and practices defined in the particular area. Review current nursing literature.
