Nursing Superintendent /ANS

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the entire nursing department operations.
• Ensure quality nursing care and adherence to hospital policies and healthcare regulations.
• Supervise, guide, and train nursing staff to maintain high professional standards.
• Prepare and implement duty rosters, leave schedules, and manpower planning.
• Monitor infection control practices and ensure patient safety protocols are followed.
• Coordinate with doctors, management, and other departments for smooth hospital operations.
• Conduct regular audits of nursing services, equipment, and patient care processes.
• Handle patient complaints related to nursing services and provide prompt resolution.
• Plan and organize in-service training programs for continuous staff development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
