Role & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients as per hospital protocols.
• Assist doctors during rounds, procedures, and emergencies.
• Monitor and record patients’ vital signs, symptoms, and medical history.
• Administer medications, injections, and IV fluids as prescribed.
• Ensure proper pre-operative and post-operative care.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and health management.
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.
• Ensure infection control, safety standards, and hygiene practices are followed.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team for smooth patient care delivery.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) / B.Sc. Nursing (mandatory).
• Registered with State Nursing Council.
• 1–3 years of hospital/clinical experience preferred (freshers can also apply).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts and handle emergencies.
• Compassionate, patient-centric approach with a commitment to quality care.
