As a Home Health Care Nurse, your primary responsibility will be to maintain accurate and complete health care records and reports for patients. You will be required to administer medications to patients, closely monitoring them for any side effects or reactions that may occur. Recording patient vital signs and medical information accurately is crucial in this role. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring, reporting, and recording any symptoms or changes in patient conditions that may arise. In this position, it is essential to have the willingness to perform personal care tasks for patients and possess the ability to effectively communicate with patients, their families, physicians, and hospital staff. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in nursing is required for this role, along with basic computer skills to maintain digital records and reports. The ideal candidate should have experience ranging from fresher to a minimum of 6 months and above in patient care either at home or in a hospital setting. A certification from the Maharashtra Nursing Council is a mandatory requirement for this position. This is a full-time, regular/permanent position suitable for fresher candidates.
