Key Responsibilities: Monitor and record vital signs, ECG, and oxygen levels. Administer medications, IV fluids, and blood transfusions as prescribed. Assist in the management of ventilated and critical patients. Provide post-operative and emergency care in ICU settings. Maintain infection control and patient safety protocols. Communicate effectively with doctors, patient families, and team members. Maintain accurate patient records and reports. Respond promptly to emergency situations (Code Blue, Code Red). Participate in regular training, audits, and continuous quality improvement programs. Nursing staff worked in ICU required, also immediately joiners will only be considered.
