Coordinate appointment scheduling, client follow-ups, and therapy sessions. Maintain accurate records while upholding the highest standards of confidentiality. Greet clients with warmth and professionalism to create a welcoming experience. Monitor inventory, manage supplies, and maintain vendor relationships. Collaborate with wellness experts, therapists, and the leadership team to ensure seamless service delivery. Assist in planning and executing wellness events and community initiatives. Enforce hygiene, health, and safety protocols as per healthcare standards. Act as a key point of contact for internal teams and VIP clients. Ideal Candidate Profile Degree/Diploma in Healthcare Administration, MBBS, Nursing, Physiotherapy, Ayurveda, BAMS, BHMS, BPT , or a related medical field. Experience in a hospital, clinic, or wellness center. Well-groomed and professionally presentable; suitable for a premium wellness environment. Emotionally intelligent, caring, and calm with a service-oriented attitude. Fluent in both English and Hindi with excellent communication skills. Proficient in basic software tools and clinic management systems. Deeply passionate about wellness, healing, and conscious living.
