We are hiring for Nursing Educator role for Gurugram location. Role & responsibilities :- Development & implementation of ongoing training plan for Nursing dept. based on requirement and audit findings. Organizing trainings through LMS and tracking attendance Pre & Post training evaluation of the staff Develops and delivers/coordinates other educational programs as directed Conducts/coordinates / assists in the Nursing audits Assist in developing the evidence based policies and protocols to ensure compliance Assist in staff competency assessment, recruitment, deployment & privileging Participates in quality performance improvement activities. Preferred candidate profile :- Qualification - Minimum GNM / B.Sc. Nursing Experience - 1- 2 Yrs. Clinical experience + Minimum 1 year in nursing education / nursing training dept. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required : Thorough knowledge and understanding of protocol, procedures, and standards within area of nursing expertise.
