Development of educational programs, presentations and/or patient education materials; modify and update existing educational programs and/or patient education materials or recommend modifications as appropriate conduct a variety of in service orientation programs and educational programs for nursing personnel for all levels of nursing personnels in Fortis health care Conduct orientation, safety and other generalized training and ensures completion of orientation as expected. Select and organize teaching aides to include films, slides, charts and nursing supplies and equipment to demonstrate improved methods of patient care. Maintain required departmental records, reports and statistics as appropriate. Keep abreast of new developments in training techniques, methods and programs. evaluate the effective-ness of instructional programs Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein. Coordinate educational programs for an assigned service line; serve an internal consultant for specialized clinical instruction. Advise CON, on observed areas that need improvement and continuous supervision to ensure safe and quality care to all patients Prepares budget for teaching and learning aids. Attend relevant continuing education classes, staff development programs and grand rounds & Review current nursing literature

Roles and Responsibilities Teach nursing students at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Develop and implement curriculum for nursing programs. Conduct research in areas related to nursing education and patient care. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior faculty members. Participate in departmental meetings, conferences, and workshops. Desired Candidate Profile MS/M.Sc(Science) degree with BSN (Bachelor's in Science). Minimum 8-12 years of experience as a nurse educator or professor. Strong teaching skills with ability to develop engaging lesson plans. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with students, colleagues, and patients.

Initiate, facilitate, and moderate classroom discussions. Prepare and deliver lectures to UG students. Keep abreast of developments in their field by reading current literature, talking with colleagues and participating in professional conferences.

This individual will play a critical role in developing and delivering high-quality clinical training programs for nurses, GDAs, and nursing supervisors, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and enhancing care delivery across both hospital and home healthcare settings. Role & responsibilities Design and deliver structured training programs for nurses, GDAs, and nursing supervisors across clinical and operational protocols Develop clinical content, SOP modules, and training materials tailored to the home healthcare environment. Conduct classroom, on-ground, and simulation-based training sessions with a focus on hands-on learning. Execute clinical assessments and certify participants upon successful completion of training Maintain training logs, assessment scores, and certification records in alignment with organizational policies. Lead and support training initiatives for CPR, infection control, emergency protocols, and clinical best practices. Provide orientation and refresher trainings on SOPs, audits, and NABH or equivalent accreditation standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training alignment with clinical quality and regulatory expectations. Participate in and support internal audits, mock drills, and clinical quality assurance programs Coach and mentor field teams, addressing skill gaps and promoting continuous learning Provide training and insights on nuances of home healthcare setups and elder-centered care models Preferred candidate profile Minimum 8+ years of clinical training experience in a hospital & home healthcare setting Proven track record in training nurses, GDAs, nursing supervisors, and clinical field staff Hands-on knowledge of CPR protocols, NABH accreditation processes, infection control, and emergency preparedness. Prior experience in content creation, clinical SOP training, and audit preparation. Strong understanding of home healthcare practices, workflows, and patient management outside hospital settings. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in documentation, reporting, and training impact measurement. Comfortable with Work from Office model with occasional field visits if required. Exposure to digital training tools and LMS platforms. Willingness to travel to regional offices for training need closures
