Nursing Assistant (Fresher)

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Fresher Staff Nurse to support daily clinical activities, patient care, and treatment assistance. The role is ideal for newly qualified nurses who are looking to begin their career in a clinic or hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist doctors during consultations, procedures, and patient care.
• Support day-to-day clinical operations and patient handling.
• Maintain patient records, vitals monitoring, and basic nursing documentation.
• Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and materials.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and infection control standards.
• Guide patients with basic instructions and aftercare.
• Manage dressing, injections, and routine nursing tasks (based on training).
• Coordinate with front office and clinical teams when required.

Skills & Requirements:

• Completed GNM / B.Sc Nursing or equivalent.
• Valid nursing registration preferred.
• Freshers (0–1 year experience) encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and patient-handling skills.
• Responsible, disciplined, and eager to learn.
• Willing to relocate (if candidate is outside the city).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
