Role Overview: As a Registered Nurse with 2 years of experience, you will be responsible for assessing and treating employees at the Occupational Health center who are injured or become ill at work. You will also provide sickness absence advice, maintain and analyze employee health records, develop and manage emergency procedures, and ensure detailed and accurate record-keeping. Effective communication with patients will be a key aspect of your role.
