Work Responsibilities of a Mother Teacher :

Teaching all core subjects (Language, Math, Environmental Studies, etc.) to the same set of students.
Creating lesson plans that are age-appropriate, engaging, and aligned with curriculum goals.
Building a secure emotional environment where children feel safe and valued.
Helping students adjust to school life, especially in early grades.
Encouraging positive behavior and social skills, including sharing, cooperation, and empathy.
Regular communication with parents, updating them on academic and emotional progress.
Participating in Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) and addressing parental concerns.
Ensuring a clean, safe, and stimulating classroom environment.
Managing classroom routines, discipline, and transitions smoothly.
Encouraging student participation and maintaining positive teacher-student relationships.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
