As a Credit Manager at our company located in Sector 45, Gurugram, you will play a crucial role in maintaining portfolio quality by making decisions on new credit lines, implementing account management strategies, and providing recommendations for cross-selling products. Your responsibilities will include driving improvements in credit performance by analyzing historical behavior and connecting it to future consumer credit trends. You will be required to create and execute business requirements in collaboration with the Risk Technology team. A strategic and analytical mindset is essential for this role, as you will be working extensively on analytic and credit risk management tasks. To excel in this position, you must possess exceptional written and oral communication skills along with the ability to influence strategically and negotiate effectively. Your focus should be on achieving short and long-term goals, even in challenging and dynamic environments. Preferred qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of experience in credit underwriting. Candidates with 1+ years of experience in credit risk management roles in banks, NBFCs, or E-commerce start-ups are also encouraged to apply. Freshers who have completed an MBA in Finance in 2021 are welcome to apply as well.
