Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic Sales Consultant to join our outbound sales team. This role is critical in driving revenue growth by engaging with warm leads transferred by our Telemarketing (TM) team, managing the sales lifecycle, and converting prospects into loyal customers. Key Responsibilities Call Handling & Sales Execution Handle warm transfers from the Telemarketing (TM) team. Engage and qualify leads, delivering compelling sales pitches. Performance Monitoring Achieve or exceed monthly sales quotas and KPIs. Maintain accurate records and report on sales performance. Skills & Competencies Strong spoken and written communication skills. Proven sales and negotiation expertise. Comfortable working with scripts while being adaptive.
