Key Responsibilities:1. Sales Support & Lead HandlingReceive and manage all sales leads and inquiries forwarded by the Sales Manager. Coordinate with internal teams to prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and order confirmations. Track the status of customer orders from inquiry to final delivery. Ensure timely follow-up on quotations and pending customer decisions. Maintain accurate records of all leads, communications, and follow-ups in the CRM or tracking system. 2. Customer Relationship ManagementServe as a consistent point of contact for customers throughout the order process.
