Key Responsibilities: Diagnosis and Troubleshooting: Perform in-depth analysis to identify hardware and software problems in Laptops & Printers. Repair and Maintenance: Execute repairs, replacements, and upgrades for components, including but not limited to, processors, memory, hard drives, and batteries.
