You will define and drive product strategy, balance user needs with business goals, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver exceptional donor and client experiences. The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor with empathy for nonprofit organizations and a passion for creating meaningful impact through technology. Key Responsibilities: 1. Product Strategy & Market Insight Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with client's mission and growth objectives. Conduct ongoing competitive and market research to identify emerging trends, differentiators, and opportunities. Translate market insights into actionable initiatives to strengthen product positioning. Anticipate changes in industry regulations, data privacy, and payment standards, ensuring compliance and readiness. 2. Product Planning & Delivery Translate strategic goals into clear product requirements, use cases, and success metrics. Work closely with engineering, design, and QA to prioritize, scope, and deliver releases on time and at quality. Maintain and groom the product backlog, balancing new features with technical debt and maintenance. Use Agile/Scrum processes to plan sprints and track progress toward key milestones. 3. Customer & Data-Driven Decision Making Engage with nonprofits, donors, and internal stakeholders to deeply understand needs and pain points. Analyze usage data, customer feedback, and support tickets to guide feature prioritization and iteration. Define and monitor KPIs such as donor conversion, engagement, retention, and transaction success rates. Use A/B testing and analytics to validate hypotheses and optimize the product experience. 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with engineering, marketing, and client success teams to ensure seamless product delivery and adoption. Collaborate with leadership to align initiatives with broader organizational strategy. Support sales and marketing in crafting product narratives, launch materials, and demos. Act as the voice of the product, ensuring every department understands the “why” behind priorities. 5. Continuous Improvement & Innovation Identify opportunities to improve usability, performance, and scalability of the platform. Stay current on emerging technologies, UX best practices, and AI/automation trends in fintech and nonprofit tech. Drive a culture of experimentation, encouraging innovation in product workflows and features. Qualifications: 3–6 years of product management experience in SaaS, fintech, or fundraising platforms. Strong understanding of digital payments, CRM systems, and donor engagement workflows. Experience in competitive analysis and go-to-market strategy. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Asana, Trello) and data analytics (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA).
