This role involves installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and after-sales service of the products supplied by Nu Tek Instruments Pvt. Ltd. while ensuring customer satisfaction and business objectives. Key Responsibilities · Install, commission, and maintain the equipment supplied by Nu Tek Instruments. · Perform IQ/OQ/PQ of the new equipments · Perform Calibration for the existing Equipments · Perform AMC services within scheduled period · Perform on-site troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs. · Provide technical support to clients. · Train clients on product usage and maintenance. · Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service efficiency. Qualifications: · MUST be Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering · 1+ years of experience in technical service or field service engineering · Willingness to travel on short notice · Strong technical knowledge, problem solving and communication skills · Client-facing experience preferred · Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills in English, Hindi and respective regional language · Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint · Should be comfortable handling electrical / electronic tools · Valid Driving License and Two Wheeler Mandatory Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Ability to commute/relocate: Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: Diploma (Preferred) Experience: work: 1 year (Preferred) Language: English, Hindi (Preferred) License/Certification: Driving Licence (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 75% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
