The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Day-to-day tasks will include developing and implementing HR policies, conducting interviews, managing employee records, and supporting staff with HR-related issues. The HR Manager will also handle employee engagement programs and ensure a positive workplace culture.
