Role and Responsibilities Monitor and maintain the health and performance of enterprise network infrastructure using SolarWinds NPM, NCM, and NTM, as well as tools like Zabbix, Nagios, and Splunk. Utilize SolarWinds NPM for real-time network performance monitoring, identifying and resolving bottlenecks or outages. Manage network configurations and compliance using SolarWinds NCM, including automated backups, configuration audits, and policy enforcement. Create and update network topology maps with SolarWinds NTM to ensure accurate network documentation and visibility. Conduct deep network traffic and protocol analysis using tools like Wireshark, and perform root cause analysis for recurring issues. Develop monitoring dashboards, alerts, and reports to support proactive network management and capacity planning. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the network is secure, optimized, and aligned with business needs. Maintain detailed documentation of monitoring configurations, incident resolutions, and network topology. Participate in incident response, change management, and on-call rotation for critical network events. Qualifications and Education Requirements Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience. 3+ years of experience in network analysis, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting. Hands-on experience with SolarWinds NPM, NCM, and NTM is required. Strong knowledge of core network protocols (TCP/IP, SNMP, ICMP, BGP, OSPF, etc.). Familiarity with other monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Nagios, Splunk, and packet sniffers like Wireshark. Solid understanding of network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers. Experience with hybrid network environments (on-premises and cloud).

SolarWinds Admin will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and configuring of the SolarWinds Server and Application Monitor (SAM) and other modules. The selected individual will be a subject matter expert of SolarWinds SAM and have a solid understanding of design, troubleshooting and configuration. Perform configuration, tuning, and troubleshooting SolarWinds and related network management system tools. Must be able to provide customize reports and schedule them. Must be able to help on capacity planning by producing meaning full reports. Basic Qualifications: Experience configuring monitors using SNMP, SSH, agent, WMI and other technologies. Experience monitoring a variety of end devices to include routers, switches, firewalls, Windows servers, Linux servers and UNIX servers. Experience developing interactive maps with Network Atlas. Experience in configuring custom reports upon request from local customers. Knowledge of database requirements and configuration of SolarWinds ORION applications. Ability to plan and execute system and software installations upgrades and changes across the organization Strong communications skills to relate technical details to non-technical leaders and SolarWinds users. SolarWinds SAM Certified Professional (SCP) will be given preference.
