You should have 8-12 years of hands-on experience in software development, system design, and architecture. A strong proficiency in Java and/or Node.js, along with relevant frameworks and tools is required. You must possess a deep understanding of SOA, Microservices, N-Tier, and Event-Driven Architecture. Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure, including serverless computing, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines is essential. Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and DevOps best practices is a must. Strong knowledge of SQL & NoSQL databases and data modeling principles is required. Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills for diagnosing complex technical issues are expected. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to mentor teams are essential. Prior experience in the Healthcare industry is preferred. Additionally, experience with modern front-end frameworks (React/Angular), exposure to security best practices and compliance standards, hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools, as well as knowledge of API gateways, message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and event-driven architectures are considered good-to-have skills.,
