Basic Computer Knowledge • Proficient in using a computer, navigating through Windows, and utilizing the Internet. • Capable of reading, composing, sending, and receiving emails. Microsoft Excel • Knowledge of MS Excel. • Editing spreadsheets, working with basic formulas and performing simple layout. Microsoft Word • Knowledge of MS Word. • Able to open, edit, and manipulate documents and performing simple layout tasks. Additional Skills • Strong listening skills with the ability to follow client or management instructions and requests efficiently and promptly. • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, as required.
