CompanyName:-NSS EQUIPMENTS INDIA LLP Job Title: Manpower Coordinator / Admin Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to handle manpower coordination and administrative responsibilities. The role involves managing salary processing, attendance tracking, online portal operations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Key Responsibilities: 1. Salary Processing: Accurately manage and prepare employee salaries. Ensure timely submission of PF, ESIC, and Professional Tax (PT) payments. 2. Attendance Tracking: Maintain and update attendance records regularly. Track employee leave, absence, and overtime. 3. Online Portal Management: Manage and update HR and payroll-related portals. Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and security of employee data. 4. Compliance: Ensure adherence to statutory labor laws and organizational policies. Prepare and maintain compliance-related reports and documentation. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Administration, or a related field. Experience: Prior experience in manpower coordination, HR, or administration is preferred. Skills: High attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in HR and payroll software, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.). Ability to maintain accurate employee records and reports. Data management and analysis skills for attendance/salary reports. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Adaptability and multitasking in fast-paced work environments. Basic accounting knowledge for payroll-related tasks. Vendor/contractor coordination skills (if external manpower is involved).
